Apartment's Layout: 1st Floor includes a big living room with an open kitchen area and separated dining area next by and access to a big terrace overlooking the city skyline and promenade with a coffee table and garden furniture. The 2nd level is accessible with an elevator inside the apartment and consists of 2 bedroom's, 1 master with a private shower and toilet and access from this floor to a terrace with a Jacuzzi.

The apartment is located in a side street, a 2 minutes' walk from the Tel Aviv promenade. Near the apt you can also find the lively Carmel market, the well-known Allenby Street and Neve Tzedek quarter.   • We are very happy to accommodate you in our apartment, and will do our best so you will have a great experience in Tel Aviv. In return, we ask you to follow a few simple yet very important guidelines. Please keep the following house rules and obey the municipal law:

    Checking in:  Check in time is from 15:00 PM

    Keeping it quiet: This is a residential neighbourhood and there are families with children living in this building. Kindly remain quiet inside the apartment and outside on the balcony every day between 14:00-16:00 and between 23:00-07:00.

    Under no circumstances it is allowed to have parties, gatherings, loud music, Illegal substances or illegal activities such as Poker rooms in the building perimeters.

    No smoking: Smoking is permitted only outside on the balcony, please do not smoke inside the building or the apartment. In case of smoking inside the apartment, you will be charged for 250$ compensation.

    Garbage bins: Please do not leave garbage bags outside of the apartment’s door and use the garbage bins downstairs.

    Checking out: Check out time is at 11:00. Please leave the apartment tidy and overall clean, so before checking out kindly empty the trash etc. In case of an excessively dirty apartment you will be charged for 100$ compensation.

    Keys: In case of damaging or losing your key during your stay, you will be charged for 35$ compensation.

    In case of damaging or losing your parking remote control during your stay, you will be charged for 60$ compensation.
