Serviced Apartment Prices in Tel Aviv: What Influences the Cost
Ask what a serviced apartment in Tel Aviv costs and you will get a shrug, because the honest answer is that it depends on four things: how long you stay, when you come, how much space you need, and whether you book direct or through a platform that adds its own margin on top. This page explains all four, so that when you see a rate you know exactly what you are looking at and what is already inside it.
We have been renting apartments in this city since 2010, and today we look after more than 200 of them across central Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Eilat. The rate we quote is the rate you pay: no cleaning surprise at checkout, no per-person supplement, no service charge invented at the end.
The four things that move the price
How long you stay. This is the biggest lever by far, and it works in your favour. A few nights is priced as a short stay. A week costs less per night than three nights do. A month, or a season, moves onto a different footing altogether, which is why relocations, sabbaticals and long projects end up in monthly and long term rentals rather than in a hotel. If your dates are flexible, adding two nights sometimes lowers the total.
When you come. Tel Aviv is a year round city, but it is not a flat one. May, June, September and October are the comfortable months and they price accordingly. July and August are the loudest and busiest. Winter is mild, quiet and the best value in the calendar. Holiday weeks and Pride book out first and hold their price longest.
How much space you need. A studio for one person and a three bedroom apartment for a family are different products, not the same product at different sizes. Our range runs from studios through one and two bedroom apartments to family sized apartments and a penthouse with a private pool, so the useful question is not “what does an apartment cost” but “what does the apartment I actually need cost”.
Where you book it. A booking platform bakes a commission into every night, and it is invisible because you never see the number underneath. Booking straight with us removes that layer entirely.
What the rate already includes
Everything below is inside the price, not added to it:
- A full kitchen with an oven, a hob, a fridge and everything you need to actually cook
- A washing machine in the apartment, so you travel with less and come home with clean clothes
- Fresh linen and towels, and the apartment cleaned before you arrive
- Fast wifi and a work surface you can sit at properly
- Air conditioning in every room
- The final clean when you leave
Where the saving actually shows up
The nightly rate is only half the comparison. The other half is what you stop paying for once you have a kitchen and a washing machine.
Breakfast for a family of four, bought at a hotel every morning of a ten day trip, is a serious number. The same breakfast made in your own kitchen, from a market run to the neighborhood shops around you, is a rounding error by comparison. Add the dinners you eat in rather than out on tired evenings, the laundry you do yourself instead of sending out, and the second hotel room you did not have to book because the children have their own room, and the gap widens every day you stay.
There is also the charge that never appears: we do not price by the person. A couple and a family of four in the same two bedroom apartment pay the same for that apartment. In a hotel they do not.
Booking direct removes the commission
Our apartments are booked straight from the people who own and run them. The rate on our offers page is the real bottom price, and the person answering your question is the person holding the keys.
Pick the size you actually need
Three buildings, three price points, all of them central. Mr. Montana on Ben Yehuda Street is the sensible middle: close to the sea, quiet, and the easiest place to land for a first trip. Mr. Allenby puts you where the city actually happens, a walk from the market, the beach and the bars, which suits shorter stays that want to be in the middle of everything. Mr. Louis on Pinsker Street is the top of the range and home to our penthouse with a private pool. Every building and every apartment type sits in the Tel Aviv collection.
What you are not charged for
No resort fee. No per person supplement. No charge for the final clean. No cost to speak to a human, at any hour: our service line is open 24/7, every day of the year.
Every one of our buildings has a mamak, the building shelter, and many of the apartments have a mamad, a shelter room inside the apartment itself.
How to get an exact number for your dates
Everything above explains the shape of the price. The number itself depends on your dates, and the fastest way to it is to tell us them. Put your arrival and departure into the search at the top of this page and you will see what is free and what it costs, or send us the dates and how many of you there are and we will come back with the apartments that fit and the price for each.
If you are staying a month or longer, write to us rather than booking night by night. Long stays are priced differently and the difference is worth the email. The same is true if your dates are flexible: tell us the window and we will tell you where in it the price is kindest.

Questions about the price
Is a serviced apartment cheaper than a hotel in Tel Aviv?
Per night, a studio and a hotel room can land close to each other. Over a stay, the apartment usually wins, and the longer you stay the wider the gap. The saving comes from the kitchen, the washing machine, the absence of a per person charge and the second hotel room a family does not need to book. For a short two night trip the difference is small. For ten nights with children it is substantial.
Is cleaning included, or charged at the end?
Included. The apartment is cleaned before you arrive and cleaned after you leave, and neither appears as a separate line. We ask only that you leave it reasonably tidy and take the rubbish down on your way out.
Do you charge per person?
No. You pay for the apartment, not per head. A couple and a family in the same two bedroom apartment pay the same rate for it, within the number of people the apartment sleeps.
Does a longer stay cost less per night?
Yes, and noticeably so. Weekly rates sit below nightly rates, and monthly rates sit below weekly. If you are staying a month or more, ask us directly rather than booking night by night, because that is a different rate entirely.
How do check in and check out work without a front desk?
Check in is from 15:00. Before you travel we email you the entry instructions along with the code to the key safe, so you can let yourself in whenever you land, at any hour, without waiting for anyone. Our service line is open 24/7 if you need a person.
Is it cheaper to book direct than through a booking site?
Yes. A platform adds a commission to every night and you never see the number underneath it. We rent our own apartments, so the rate you are quoted here is the bottom rate, and the offers page is where the current deals sit.
