Serviced Apartments Tel Aviv: Experience Home Comforts & Hotel Services

Picture the first morning. You make coffee in your own kitchen, open the balcony door onto a Tel Aviv street that is already awake, and decide whether the day starts at the beach, at the market or at the desk by the window. Nobody is waiting for you at a reception, nobody charges you for the second person at breakfast, and when you come back in the evening the towels are fresh and the apartment is yours. That is what a serviced apartment in Tel Aviv is for: the space and privacy of a real home, with the cleaning, the linens, the fast Wi-Fi and the team on call that you would expect from a good hotel, all inside one rate. TLV2GO has been doing exactly this since 2010, in its own buildings across the center of the city, with more than 200 apartments from studios to family apartments and penthouses. This page is about what that feels like to live in, and how to make it yours for three nights, three months or a whole team.

Your days here, not a checklist

The difference shows in the small hours of a day. Waking in a real bedroom, with a door that closes, instead of a room where the bed, the desk and the suitcase share one floor. Breakfast made the way you like it, from a kitchen with an oven, a hob, a fridge and a Nespresso machine, with groceries from the market around the corner. A table to work at, if the day needs it, with Wi-Fi that carries a video call without a thought. A washing machine in the apartment, so a two-week stay packs like a long weekend. And an evening that ends at home, on a sofa, not in a lobby. Behind all of that, the hotel side does its work quietly: the apartment is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave, housekeeping comes on a schedule for longer stays, and a Tel Aviv team is on a 24/7 service line when something needs fixing. Check-in from 3:00 PM works with a code to the key safe, so you arrive on your own schedule, and the person who answers your message is part of the team that owns and runs the building. If you are weighing this against a hotel suite, our hotel or aparthotel page makes the comparison stay by stay.

One rate, and nothing left to think about

The quiet luxury of a serviced apartment is that the running of it is not your problem. The rate you see is the rate you pay, and inside it are the things that would otherwise fill your first week: electricity, water, internet and the municipal charges, cookware and dining ware for the whole group, fresh linen and towels, hotel-grade cleaning before and after the stay, and the final clean. There is no resort fee and no per-person supplement, so a couple and a family of four in the same two-bedroom apartment pay the same for it, and there is never a charge to speak to a human at any hour. Every building has a shelter, and many apartments have a safe room inside the apartment itself, which matters to families more than any brochure line. Booking direct on our own site also means a better price than the booking platforms, because their commission is not baked into your nights, access to offers that only exist here, and a direct line to the people holding the keys. Our Airbnb alternative page explains what hotel-run means on the day something goes wrong: a host who does not answer, a listing that does not match the photos, a key handover that depends on someone else’s schedule. None of that happens here.

The stays we see most often

The two-week project. A consultant or an engineer in town for a client, who wants to cook breakfast, take a call from a proper table and walk to the Sarona and Azrieli offices or the Rothschild Boulevard start-ups, then have an evening that does not happen in a hotel bar. The family summer. Bedrooms with doors, a kitchen for the children, a washing machine, a beach ten minutes away and a rate that does not double because there are four of you. The long weekend for two. A terrace and a neighbourhood instead of a corridor and a lobby, with the restaurants of the city at the end of the street. The first months of a relocation. A furnished home for one to three months while the house-hunt happens, with no Israeli guarantor, no post-dated cheques and no year-long lease; our relocation guide covers the first ninety days. The medical or academic program with fixed dates and a need for calm. And the company placing a team, which books through our corporate housing desk and receives one invoice its procurement can approve in advance. Different stays, the same apartments, each one chosen to fit.

Stay a month, stay a season: Tel Aviv as home base

The same apartment that works for a few nights becomes something else when Tel Aviv becomes home base for a while. The rate moves onto a different footing for a month or a season, weekly below nightly and monthly below weekly, and the apartment starts to feel like yours: the barista knows your order, the market stallholder knows your family, the route to the beach needs no map. A long-term serviced apartment quietly replaces the whole private-rental list, the unfurnished flat, the twelve-month lease with guarantors, the agency fee and the utility appointments, with one booking that you extend or shorten by telling us. And when the stay should feel like a reward, the top of the range is waiting: Mr. Louis on Pinsker Street has spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments and two duplex penthouses with a private rooftop pool over Dizengoff Square, and Mr. Rothschild has penthouses with wraparound balconies over the boulevard. Every luxury serviced apartment in the collection comes with the same service and the same inclusive rate as the studios.

Which building is yours?

Every TLV2GO apartment sits inside a building we own and run, and each building has its own neighbourhood and its own mood. Mr. Rothschild is for the energy of the boulevard: restaurants, nightlife, coworking spaces and the start-up district at the door. Mr. Montana is the Old North, with quiet residential streets, neighbourhood cafes and the beach a short walk away. Mr. Louis by Dizengoff Square is for space, and for the rooftop pool. The rest of the collection, including Mr. Ben Yehuda a minute from Hilton Beach, Mr. Bialik in a restored Bauhaus building, Mr. Allenby two minutes from the sea, Mr. Katinsky by the Carmel Market and Mr. Brooklyn on Dizengoff Street, is in the Tel Aviv collection. Not sure? Send us your dates and what matters to you, and we will suggest the right one.

Why not just a hotel? And why not a lease?

A hotel gives you a room. A serviced apartment gives you a kitchen, a washing machine, a living room and bedrooms with doors, at a rate that does not change with the number of people. Per night a studio and a hotel room can land close to each other; over a stay the apartment usually wins, and the longer the stay the wider the gap, because breakfast, laundry and the second hotel room a family does not need all stop being costs. A private lease costs less per month on the listing and far more around it: an agent’s fee, a deposit or bank guarantee locked for a year, an apartment to furnish, utility accounts to open in Hebrew, and a twelve-month commitment when your plans are three months old. For stays of one to six months a serviced apartment is usually the cheaper way to spend your first months in the city, and always the easier one. For two years or more, a lease wins on money, and most of our relocating guests use the serviced months to find the lease worth signing.

Booking is the easy part

For a few nights or a few weeks, put your dates into the search at the top of the page, choose the apartment, and book with instant confirmation; entry instructions and the key-safe code arrive by email before you land. For a month or longer, write to us rather than booking night by night: long stays are priced differently and the difference is worth the email. For a team, a project or a relocating executive, our corporate housing desk matches apartments across the buildings to the brief, bills the company directly with one invoice, and stays the single point of contact for the whole stay. Prefer to see the numbers first? What a serviced apartment in Tel Aviv costs sets out how the rate moves with length of stay, season and size.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a serviced apartment and a hotel?

A serviced apartment gives you a furnished apartment, with a kitchen, a washing machine, a living room and separate bedrooms, plus hotel-style cleaning, linens, Wi-Fi and a 24/7 service line, all in one rate. What it does not have is a front desk, a breakfast room or room service. Check-in is self-service with a key-safe code, and you pay for the apartment, not per person.

Is everything really included in the rate?

Yes. The kitchen, washing machine, linens and towels, cleaning before and after the stay, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electricity, water, internet and municipal charges are all inside the price. There is no resort fee, no per-person supplement and no separate charge for the final clean. Booking direct also removes the platform commission.

Can I rent a serviced apartment in Tel Aviv for a month or longer?

Yes. Every apartment is available by the night, the week and the month, and the rate improves for longer stays. Monthly rentals need no Israeli guarantor, cheques or year-long lease, and the terms flex: extend or shorten by telling us. Write to us for a monthly quote rather than booking night by night.

Do you offer serviced apartments for companies?

Yes. Our corporate housing desk places employees, project teams and visiting executives across our Tel Aviv buildings, with consolidated billing, one invoice the company can process, and a single point of contact for the whole stay.

Where are the apartments?

In the center of Tel Aviv, in buildings TLV2GO owns and runs: on the Rothschild corner at 103 Allenby Street, in the Old North on Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff Streets, by Dizengoff Square on Pinsker Street, in a restored Bauhaus building at 2 Bialik Street, two minutes from the beach at 29 Allenby Street, and by the Carmel Market on Nahalat Binyamin Street. Each building page shows its apartments and availability.

How does check-in work?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Before you arrive you receive an email with the entry instructions and a code to the key safe holding your apartment key, so you can let yourself in whenever you land. The team is on call around the clock during your stay.
