Short-term rentals in Tel Aviv, without the sublet gamble
Need a place in Tel Aviv for a few weeks or a couple of months? A short-term rental from TLV2GO is the easy alternative to hunting for a sublet. You book a fully furnished, serviced apartment in minutes and move in the same day. No deposits wired to strangers, no contracts, no surprises.
A better alternative to a Tel Aviv sublet
Anyone who has looked for a sublet here knows the routine. Groups full of expired listings, a deposit sent to someone you never met, photos taken years ago. Even when it works out, you inherit someone else’s furniture and a landlord who never planned to host you.
Our short-term apartments are professionally managed and exactly as shown. Furnished, cleaned, stocked, connected. One point of contact, transparent pricing, and someone to call all the way through your stay.
How does it work?
- Choose from our buildings across the city. We have apartments all over Tel Aviv, in every location you would want to stay.
- Book directly on the website, or through our service team.
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM.
- Entry instructions arrive straight to your email, including a code to the key safe holding your apartment key.
What is waiting inside the apartment: an espresso machine, a smart TV, fast internet, toiletries, fresh linens and towels, basic cleaning supplies, a kitchen equipped from A to Z with everything you need to feel at home, and a washer and dryer.
Booked like a hotel, run by the owners
The biggest risk in a short let is not knowing who is behind it. With us there is no mystery landlord. TLV2GO owns and manages its buildings, more than 200 apartments in the parts of Tel Aviv people actually want to live in, with a local team that has keys, tools and no excuses. If the boiler acts up on a Friday, someone comes, because it is our boiler too.
Our customer service answers 24/7, throughout your stay. Need a top-up of hygiene and cleaning supplies? We can arrange delivery to the apartment. And for peace of mind: every one of our buildings includes a protected floor space (mamak), and a large share of the apartments also have their own safe room (mamad). Just ask when you book.
Find Your ApartmentStay where your weeks will actually happen
A short stay has no time for commuting. Working around Rothschild? Take Mr. Louis or Mr. Bialik, both a short walk from the boulevard. Want a swim before your morning calls? Mr. Ben Yehuda is steps from the sand. Planning to eat your way through the Carmel Market? Mr. Allenby puts the stalls on one side and the beach on the other. The full picture is in the Tel Aviv collection, and our guide to where to stay in Tel Aviv helps you pick the neighborhood first.
Ideal for flexible stays
Short-term rentals suit a wider crowd than most people expect: remote workers who want a real desk, people between apartments or renovating, medical staff and consultants on assignments of a few weeks, and families visiting family who want a place to retreat to. If outdoor space matters, see our notes on short-term rentals with outdoor space.
Staying longer? See our monthly and long-term rentals or our extended-stay program. Curious about the full service layer? That is the aparthotel page. And if you are still comparing with a hotel, this guide runs the numbers.
What does a short-term rental cost?
Rates change with the season and the apartment, but two things always hold: the nightly rate drops as the stay gets longer, and the price you see already covers everything, furniture, utilities, Wi-Fi, housekeeping. The number you agree to is the number you pay. No deposit surprises, no agency fee.
A note on the city’s rhythm
Worth knowing before a stay of a few weeks: from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening public transport stops and many shops close, while restaurants and the beach are at their busiest. Locals stock up on Friday morning at the market. After a week here you will be doing the same.
Skip the middleman and the middleman’s fee
Sublet platforms and booking sites both take a cut, and both put a layer between you and whoever holds the keys. On our website the price is the owner’s price, often lower with a current offer, and changes, early check-ins and extensions get sorted in one conversation. Send us your dates and we will confirm availability the same day.
Book direct and get more for it
Booking on our own website means the best available rate with no commission on top, seasonal offers you will only find here, direct contact with the team that owns your apartment, and flexible dates with personal help from the first question to check-out.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum stay?
Short-term stays usually start from a few nights, and the nightly rate improves for weekly and monthly bookings. Tell us your dates and we will quote the best structure for them.
Is this better than a private sublet?
For most people, yes. You get a furnished, professionally managed apartment with transparent pricing and support, without deposits, guarantors or private-contract risk. And what you see in the photos is what you get.
Are bills and Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Utilities, fast Wi-Fi and housekeeping are all part of the rate. Nothing to register, nothing to set up.
Can I extend my stay if my plans change?
Usually yes. Because we manage the whole building, an extension is a conversation, not a contract negotiation. Tell us as early as you can and we will keep you in your apartment or move you to a similar one nearby.
Is the apartment suitable for remote work?
Yes. Every apartment has fast unlimited Wi-Fi and a proper table to work at, and many have a dedicated work corner or a balcony. If you have specific needs, say so and we will match you accordingly.
What time can I check in?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Entry instructions arrive by email before your arrival, including the code to the key safe with your apartment key. Arriving on an early flight? Let us know and we will do our best.
