Best Entertainment in Tel Aviv Renting a Tel Aviv Business Apartment

When it comes to great entertainment, Tel Aviv suffers only from too many fantastic choices! But if you’re looking for large business apartments for rent in Tel Aviv on corporate travel, you may be seeking some of the city’s more refined options. Although the White City deserves its non-stop nickname (and it is perhaps best known for its nightclubs and bars), there are a wealth of cultural institutions that put on some fabulous shows too. If you’re less into culture but still looking for something fun to do on a business trip or with your work colleagues, we’ve added a few alternative choices to the list. Once you’ve found the right Tel Aviv business apartment for your needs at TLV2GO, entertainment is the easy part!

Suzanne Dellal

Located in the charming and picturesque Neve Tsedek, one of the city’s oldest hoods, the Suzanne Dellal cultural center always has some wonderful live performances to choose from. Although the focus is largely on contemporary dance – and you will find world-renowned troupes here from Israel and abroad – other performing arts also pop up here on occasion. With over 600 shows a year, there is always something spectacular to choose from. This area is a great choice for tel aviv business apartments too as it’s close to many start-up offices in the Rothschild Boulevard area.

Opera

Located two minutes away from the Tel Aviv Museum of Modern Art, the Israeli Opera was founded in 1985. The principal opera company of Israel, it has been primarily performing at the Tel Aviv Performing Arts Center. This beautiful venue is adjacent to one of the city’s hidden gem parks and close to the iconic Azrieli Shopping Complex. If you’re not a fan of opera, this gorgeous theater is also showing modern ballet and musical concerts, such as the Israeli Philharmonic. Most of the productions here are on a grand scale and the theater itself has an old world opulence rarely seen in Tel Aviv.

HaBima

Located in HaBima Square, the HaBima Theater hosts the national theater of Israel and was one of the first Hebrew speaking theaters. Originally founded by Jewish actors in Russia, the company eventually settled in Palestine in 1931. Its first theater was built in Tel Aviv in 1945 and since 1958, the Habima Theater has officially been considered the national theater. In 2012, after four and a half years of restoration work, the complex re-opened to massive success. More than 100 million shekels were invested in the historic building, keeping the original facade intact. Inside, the four auditoriums were completely rebuilt, seating between 930 people down to 170 in the smallest. There are always good shows to choose from here – especially if you’re looking for dramas in Hebrew!

Live Music

There’s no lack of live music in Tel Aviv – from the boardwalk where you’ll hear some great and semi-famous locals yodeling for change to the upscale Zappa, known for hosting famous Israeli singers. In the city itself, some of our favorite venues include Bar Giora, the Barby (super famous, old-school club near Yafo), Ozen Bar, Pasaz (sleazy and smoky but has some great live music) and Shablul (if you’re into jazz, this is your happy place). At TLV2GO, we’ve got some of the top large business apartments for rent in Tel Aviv just around the corner from Bar Giora and Ozen Bar.

Night Swim

It sounds a bit weird, but one of the most fun things to do in Tel Aviv by night is swim. Seriously. The locals don’t do it very much so you’ll probably have the sea largely to yourself. Most of the year it’s warm enough to take a dip day or night, and there’s something uber cool about seeing Tel Aviv alight by night from the actual water. The hazy lamplights and glowing buildings take on a magical, mystical aura in the water’s reflection. If it’s a moonless night, you may even catch some stars on the other side of the skyline. The best part? It’s a short walk to the sea from some of our best large business apartments to rent in Tel Aviv. Consider our gem in Kerem HaTeimanim, Mr. Promenade. If you need a short walk to the sea and you’re into coffee with a view, look no further.

Escape Rooms

Relatively new to Tel Aviv, this worldwide phenomena has taken the city by storm. Everyone loves a good mystery game, especially when you add a bit of competitive spice to the mix. If you’ve got work colleagues who need a good break and some team bonding, this is the perfect choice. It’s also fun for groups of friends and families. Making your way out may be harder than you imagine.

It’s easy to entertain business colleagues by night in Tel Aviv. What’s more challenging is to find the right space for them on a corporate trip. If you need larger business apartments for employees traveling with family or groups of employees traveling together, we’ve got some fantastic options for you. Our penthouses come with four bedrooms and expansive views. And don’t forget that we put the Amen in Amenities.
