Monthly & Long-Term Rentals in Tel Aviv
/  Monthly & Long-Term Rentals in Tel Aviv

Monthly and long-term rentals in Tel Aviv, sorted from day one

Moving to Tel Aviv for work? Relocating with the family, or settling in for a season? A monthly rental from TLV2GO lets you skip the hardest part of landing in a new city: the rental market. No flat hunting, no guarantors, no year-long lease, no utility appointments. One booking, one all-inclusive rate, and an apartment that is ready to live in on the day you land.

Living room of a furnished long-term rental apartment in Tel Aviv

The Tel Aviv rental market, without the fight

Renting privately here means an unfurnished apartment, a 12-month lease with local guarantors, an agency fee, and weeks of arranging utilities and furniture. Our monthly rate replaces the whole list: furnished home, all bills, fast Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and terms that flex. Stay a month, a quarter or a year, and extend without signing anything new.

Do the math: all-inclusive vs do-it-yourself

Comparing our monthly rate to a bare rental listing is comparing an apple to a shopping list. To live in that unfurnished flat you still need furniture, appliances, bills, arnona, internet and a cleaner, plus an agency fee and a deposit up front. Side by side, the serviced apartment is usually the cheaper way to spend your first months here, and always the easier one.

Built for relocations and extended stays

TLV2GO owns and manages its buildings, over 200 apartments across Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Eilat, so we can match you to an apartment that fits the life you are moving here to live: a work corner, a protected safe room (mamad), parking, a street that works for the school run. Relocating a whole team? Our corporate housing service handles company stays end to end.

Choose your neighborhood for the long run

Where you live matters more when you stay longer. Want the heart of the city? Mr. Katinsky puts you in Lev Hair, steps from Nachalat Binyamin and the Carmel Market. Professionals go for the boulevard life at Mr. Rothschild or Mr. Louis. Beach people settle in at Mr. Ben Yehuda and build a routine around morning swims. Prefer the Old North? Mr. Brooklyn on Dizengoff and Mr. Montana near Ben Gurion Boulevard suit long stays, with quiet streets and cafes downstairs. Compare the buildings and layouts in the Tel Aviv collection, or read Where to Stay in Tel Aviv before you decide. Moving for work? Our notes on the best neighborhoods for business apartments go deeper.

Settling in is the easy part

Landing in a new country comes with enough paperwork. From day one you have an address, a washing machine, a stocked kitchen and working Wi-Fi, so the bank, school registration and the first day at the office all happen from a stable base. And because our team lives here, you also get the unofficial essentials: which grocery delivers, and where the good ice cream is.

The practical extras that matter at month three

Small things become big over a long stay. Ask us about parking, an elevator for the stroller, extra storage, or a layout with a dining table you can actually host at. The portfolio runs from studios to penthouses, so there is almost always a unit that fits the life you are going to live here.

Beyond Tel Aviv: Jerusalem and Eilat

Long stays do not only happen in Tel Aviv. Academics and medical professionals settle near Jerusalem’s institutions at Mr. Agrippa in the city center, and seasonal residents winter by the Red Sea at Mr. Soof in Eilat. Same team, same standard, one point of contact, wherever your months in Israel take you. And if Jerusalem is the destination, our guide to choosing an apartment in Jerusalem is a good place to start.

The longer you stay, the better the rate

Monthly stays are priced well below nightly rates, and booking directly keeps the middleman out: no commission, access to our current offers, and a direct line to the team that owns your building. Staying under a month? Our short-term rentals pick up from a few nights.

Planning a move? Contact us with your dates, budget and must-haves, and we will shortlist the right apartments, usually within a day.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum stay for a monthly rental?

One month. Many of our guests stay a quarter or longer, and the nightly cost keeps dropping as the stay gets longer.

Do I need to sign a lease or provide guarantors?

No. You book like a hotel stay, with no local guarantors, no open-ended lease and no agency fee, but you live like a tenant, with a full home around you.

Are bills, internet and cleaning really included?

Yes. Utilities, arnona, fast Wi-Fi and housekeeping are part of the rate. One payment covers the whole cost of living at home, with nothing to register and no surprise bills.

Can I extend my stay?

Usually yes. Tell us as early as you can and we will arrange the extension in the same apartment, or move you to a comparable one in the same building.

Is long-term serviced living suitable for families?

Very much so. We host relocating families all the time, and we can match you to a larger apartment with separate bedrooms, a garden or balcony, laundry at home, and a neighborhood that fits school and commute plans.

Do you offer corporate or team housing?

Yes. Our corporate housing service places employees and whole teams across our buildings, with consolidated billing and one point of contact for the company. See the corporate page or contact us for details.
