The Best Neighborhoods of Tel Aviv for Furnished Business Apartments

If you don’t know the ins and outs of the White City, finding the best location for your next business trip can be time-consuming and difficult. Should you choose to be close to the hipster arts scene in Florentine? Are you looking for upscale shopping in your down time? Do you want a view of the sea? Would a rooftop swimming pool be your idea of heaven? Are you into having a diverse range of bars and bites right at your doorstep?

At TLV2GO, we take furnished business apartments to the next level. With over ten years of experience helping corporate clients find the right location for their employees, we can offer a helping hand to make finding your dream apartment for work and play become a reality.

Luxury Serviced Apartments Companies like TLV2GO offer choices in the top areas of Tel Aviv. But with such diverse and distinct neighborhoods, finding the right one for your business trip may seem daunting. We decided to make it easier! Here’s our guide to the top three neighborhoods in Tel Aviv. These are the best areas to experience living like a true local.

TSAFON HAYASHAN (OLD NORTH)

This upscale area of Tel Aviv, often referred to as ‘the old north’, is the most expensive neighborhood. With a plethora of hidden parks and fine dining, it is also close to the famed Dizengoff Street, where you’ll find some of the best boutique shopping in Tel Aviv. Not too far from the beach, this area is easy to access by bus and bike. Extremely safe, you’ll find plenty of bars with live music, sidewalk cafes and delicious restaurants right at your doorstep but without as much noise as the more southern parts of the metropolis.

This is a perfect area to enjoy relative peace and quiet in close proximity to the transportation and beautiful beaches. The top choice of many families, this area is also a great choice for sports lovers. The closest area to the sprawling green HaYarkon Park, it’s perfect for runners, bikers, walkers and rollerbladers who want to start exercising close to home. It’s also an easy walk to this neighborhood to the beach promenade, where you’ll find loads of public exercise areas right on the sand! The promenade that stretches from the old north all the way to Jaffa in the south is a great place to walk, run, people watch and catch a sunset.

Not far from the renovated Tel Aviv port where you have unique shops, a fruit and veggie market that would satisfy even the most gourmand tastes, a few live music venues and even some good clubs where you can dance until the sunrise.

In our newly remodeled building on Pinsker Street, you’re a one minute walk to Dizengoff Center and the new square. The furnished business apartments at Mr. Louis offer ten luxurious and spacious different business apartments for your next corporate trip. You can even have a pool on your rooftop!

Luxury serviced apartments companies like TLV2GO have a plethora of choices with great style in the top locations.

KEREM HATEMAINIM (Yemenite Quarter)

For those who like to feel the history in the stones beneath their feet and love to immerse themselves in a new culture, there’s nothing quite as old school trendy as the Yemenite Quarter. This once neglected neighborhood is one of the city’s oldest areas. Named for the predominantly Yemenite settlers who first made this home in the late 1800s, the area borders the Carmel Market and has enjoyed a renaissance over the last decade. Although it retains its reputation for authenticity and you can still find some eateries that will serve you traditional and inexpensive Yemenite food, it is also lined with rooftop bars, lively street vendors and some fabulous buildings.

Not a far walk from the beach, this is a great place to really experience the culture of Tel Aviv. A favorite hangout with the locals –especially on a Friday afternoon– it’s not far from the uber artsy, hipster Florentine neighborhood and the high-end charm of Neve Tsedek’s cobblestone streets and famous performance venues. This is probably one of the most untouched areas of Tel Aviv when it comes to tourism as well. You’ll find mostly locals in this area and a wealth of artists selling their wares at the famous Nachalat Binyamin street market, just one street parallel to the fruits and veggies sold at the Carmel Market.

Many cobblestone, pedestrian streets also make this one of the most walkable areas of the city. Plus, it’s home to one of the city’s most popular hummus joints, Shlomo & Doron. If you’re a street food lover, this is where you’ll find it. Plus, despite attracting crowds on Friday afternoons, the area is usually pretty calm and extremely quiet despite its close proximity to everything. No buses come through these streets either, so you won’t have any traffic or exhaust fumes.

It’s one of the most charming and centrally located neighborhoods with an interesting past and an amazing retention of its original authentic charm. At Mr. Carmel, you can choose from six luxurious furnished business apartments located in a beautifully renovated building right on Nachalat Binyamin Pedestrian walkway. You’ll literally have the artisan market at your doorstep twice a week and you won’t have any motor traffic below your windows.

Closer to the sea, you’ve got Mr. Yavos, one of our luxury serviced apartments where you’ll find everything from a cozy one bedroom to a spectacular 3 bedroom penthouse with parking and magnificent sea views. Wake up every morning with the blue sea right from your bedroom window. What better way to enjoy the city than right from your own balcony?

LEV HA’IR (Heart of the City)

Literally translated as the ‘heart’ of the city, this vibrant, pulsing neighborhood has seen its fair share of ups and downs. Founded in 1909, this part of the city went through a decline in the 70s and only started to truly shed its dilapidated facades in the late 90s. Today it is teeming with life 24/7. Home to many of the city’s most important must-see landmarks, such as Habima Theater, Beit Ha’ir Museum and the Bialik House. This neighborhood is also where you’ll find numerous examples of the 4,000 famous Bauhaus Architectural buildings for which Tel Aviv was named a world heritage site by UNESCO.

Whether you’re into people watching from a coffee kiosk on Rothschild Boulevard, exploring contemporary art in one of the numerous galleries, dining al fresco on the famed Shenkin Street or checking out the vibrant nightlife in the area at some of the city’s most popular bars, you can do it here.

Alongside the historic buildings and cultural landmarks you’ll also find a few skyscrapers that point toward the technology scene for which Tel Aviv is also famed. Numerous start-ups have offices in this district so it also attracts entrepreneurs who live peacefully with the hipsters and artists.

Luxury serviced apartments companies like TLV2GO have some of the top apartments to choose from on the market today. Highly rated for location, they also offer you a true home away from home and remarkable customer service.

Mr. Katinsky, a furnished business apartment located right in the heart of Lev Ha’ir not far from Rothschild Boulevard, welcomes you to this magical neighborhood with a nod to the area’s famed fashion and textile. Combined with mid-century style and Scandinavian elegance, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you step through the door.
